1. About Our Services

Muhammad Tahir Zaman Ltd provides the following services:

• Social media monetization setup and management — including Facebook Content Monetization, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X
• AI-powered automation for content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Banking and payout management (Wise, PayPal, Tide)
• Content strategy, analytics, and growth consulting

The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement will be agreed in a separate written agreement or service proposal.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not prohibited from receiving our services under any applicable law
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information required to deliver the services
• Grant us necessary access to social media accounts, analytics dashboards, or payout platforms as agreed
• Comply with the terms and community guidelines of all third-party platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Ensure your content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or platform policies
• Pay all fees as agreed in your service proposal or invoice
• Not share confidential strategies, reports, or proprietary materials provided by us with third parties

4. Fees and Payment

• All fees are as set out in your individual service agreement or invoice
• Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice (typically 7 or 14 days)
• We reserve the right to suspend services in case of non-payment
• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
• We do not store or process payment card details — all payments are made via agreed secure channels

5. Results and Disclaimers

We will use our professional expertise and best efforts to achieve the goals agreed in your service proposal. However:

• Platform algorithm changes are outside our control
• Monetization approval decisions rest solely with the respective platforms
• Earnings vary based on niche, audience geography, engagement rate, and platform policies
• We are not liable for account suspensions caused by platform policy changes or client actions

6. Intellectual Property

• All strategies, reports, templates, and materials we create remain the intellectual property of Muhammad Tahir Zaman Ltd until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for your own business purposes
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-licence our proprietary materials without written consent
• You retain ownership of your own content, social media accounts, and data

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, client data, or pricing exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 14 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
• We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or engages in unlawful conduct
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable
• We will return any client-owned account credentials or data promptly upon termination

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data
• We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, policy changes, or account actions

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muhammad Tahir Zaman Ltd, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your use of our services in an unlawful manner.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve working with third-party platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Wise, PayPal, and Tide. We are an independent service provider and have no affiliation with these companies. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any changes these platforms make to their policies, features, or monetization programmes.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before any formal legal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
